Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
For hygiene reasons, underwear and certain intimate garments cannot be returned unless faulty.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 working days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and details of the issue.
