Pre-orders: If your selected size or colour is out of stock, you can still order it as a pre-order. Estimated delivery for pre-orders is 5–7 working days from placing your order. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.

Returns & Refund Policy

Returns

Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition.
• All original tags and packaging must be attached.
• Items must be free from makeup, deodorant, perfume and other marks.

For hygiene reasons, underwear and certain intimate garments cannot be returned unless faulty.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 working days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Faulty Items

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and details of the issue.
